A complete mobile app that generates personalized nutrition plans and training programs with artificial intelligence, available in 18 languages. Designed, coded and shipped end to end.
The challenge
A pocket fitness and nutrition coach: the app analyzes a meal from a photo, talks with you by voice, adapts its advice to each person's situation and works anywhere in the world. A self-built product monetized by subscription, designed and developed solo — from the idea to the app stores.
Our solution
React Native + Expo + TypeScript on mobile; serverless backend on Cloudflare Workers (D1 database, R2 storage); Anthropic Claude generative AI for photo meal analysis, the voice coach and personalized plan generation; Stripe payments and subscriptions with a referral system; custom admin back office. Fully translated into 18 languages, GDPR-compliant (privacy by design) and continuously deployed to the App Store and Google Play, including over-the-air updates. The app is in production, published on the stores and tested by real users — public launch planned for October 2026.
